The Ritz-Carlton Residences are currently under construction in downtown Portland and after attending a presentation on the building we couldn’t be more excited!
The exterior of the glamorous building was designed to reflect Oregon’s state gem, the Sunstone. The building is 35 stories high, with 10 floors dedicated to the luxury hotel and floors 21-35 allocated to personal residences. The Ritz-Carlton Residences offers an array of amenities and activities at an owner’s disposal. Including an exclusive owners lounge, golf simulator, fitness facility, day spa, fine and casual dining, meeting & event spaces, concierge services.
