Just west of the Pearl District and North of Downtown Portland and Goose Hollow we have Northwest Nob hill another favorite Portland condo neighborhood with charming tree line streets, Victorian homes and turn of the century apartment buildings that were converted to condos a few years ago. Northwest Portland is very urban but yet very residential and charming. Some compare this Portland condo neighborhood with San Francisco. Northwest Portland is home to the famous NW 23rd Avenue which is lined with boutiques, shopping, restaurants, bakeries, pubs and coffee shops. This Portland condo neighborhood has some older condos that are historic and charming such as The Embassy Condos, Irving Classic condos and the Wickersham condos. Through-out Northwest Nob Hill we have some newer Portland Oregon condo buildings such as The Vaux Condos, Westerly Condos, Westover Condos and The Cambridge Condominiums. The Portland Streetcar runs through Northwest Portland so a jump on the trolley will take you Downtown, Pearl District, South Waterfront and to the east side.
