We couldn’t be happier for our clients on the sell of their condo in NW Portland. This was a pied-de-tier for the sellers who found they were not using the condo as much as they use to and decided it was time to sell.

Market conditions were tough for this listing. The condo was listed about the same time the Feds started raising interest rates and buyer activity slowed down. We kept in constant communication with our clients, updating them on activity, feedback and changing market conditions. We did a few price adjustment, updated photos and eventually found a great buyer and closed.
