While the single family market continues to be a strong seller’s market, Portland’s condo market is a different story. Condo inventory has steadily increased across the city, the average days on market is rising and sellers are accepting offers below asking price. Buyers have a variety of options to choose from so Seller’s have to be open to negotiating with buyers if they want to sell.
