Portland Condos Marshall Wells Lofts, a Portland Loft conversion located in the popular Portland Condo Pearl District began its origin as the Marshall Wells Hardware Company.
Construction of the Marshall-Well’s Oregon condo building began in 1910 with its first four stories of warehouse than completed the next 3 stories in 1920. sky atrium that is common space for all residence with wonderful landscaping and a large water feature creating a very livable later in 1978, this warehouse was purchased and occupied by the Layton Creations Company, a pillow manufacture.
