The latest metro market report is out and the numbers are 🤯. Inventory is the lowest it has been ever at 0.6 months. That means if no new listings come on the market it would only take 2 weeks to sell every home currently listed for sale. That is crazy! Could it possibly go lower?? Hope not, we need more listings.
