Portland Condos visits The Benson Towers
Yesterday I showed a lovely condo at The Benson Towers. What a friendly building! As we were entering owners were very warm and welcoming. Shared with my buyers and I about the wonderful community the owners have established including a happy hour every other Tuesday evening in the party/community room on the main level located just off the lobby of the Benson Towers. Spacious room with chic furniture, wide open windows and doors that flowed unto a expansive terrace for outside get-togethers. I also love all the water features that greet you as you enter the building!
