Portland Condos, Hilltop Condominiums overlooks Northwest 23rd Avenue with panoramic views of the Portland Skyline including its mountain views, Fremont Bridge and Washington Park.  Hilltop Condominiums were built in the early 1990’s as apartments converted into condos 2004-2005.  This Portland condo  complex has 108 units with views ranging in size from 643 square feet to 1,121 square feet.

Northwest District public schools include Chapman Elementary School and the Metropolitan Learning Center. Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center and Linfield College-Portland Campus are located between NW 23rd and NW 22nd avenues.  The Portland’s Streetcar runs throughout the city and much of its zones allow you to travel free of charge  from Downtown, to the chic Pearl District, South Waterfront and the Northwest 23rd area.  Portland northwest neighborhood is a wonderful diverse area to enjoy urban Portland condo, townhouse, loft or a residential home living
