Portland Condos, The Roosevelt was originally a hotel built in 1925 converted into 104 condos home in 2000.  The Roosevelt condominium building is located in the heart of Portland Downtown on the South Park Blocks, just steps away from Portland State University, Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Portland Art Museum and Portland Center for the Performing Arts.  Close by is Portland Street car for a short trip to the chic Pearl District, South Waterfront and the Northwest 23rd Avenue for these Portland condo owners.

  1. What direction is the Roosevelt Condo #707 facing? The living room and kitchen may be facing east to the Park blocks, but the bedroom appears to be facing west. Possibly a corner unit facing east? The photos are confusing. I am familiar with the neighborhood but have since moved out of the area. I am interested in moving back eventually after the situation improves.
