Portland Condos the Mosiac Condominium building is constructed of light gauge steel framing and cast in place concrete.  Eight stories in height these 40 condo homes feature hardwood floors, terraces, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplaces and floor to ceiling windows with views of Downtown and the West Hills.  . The Mosaic was one of the first buildings to take advantage of the floor area ratio (FAR) bonus provided by the City for installing an eco-roof.
