In this photo I like the idea of using  granite on both the top and sides of the kitchen island.  Recently while touring a Portland condo in the Metropolitian Condos in the Pearl District saw this concept and it looked very urban!

In this photo I like the full use of the kitchen wall with some open space using shelves and instead of an island a table which would be a ncie alternative in some of our Portland condos too!

The Field Park in the Pearl District is more of a green space Park with a large field for dogs to run and tossing a Frisbee with a fun play area for children and sitting area for those who want to enjoy our Portland air and sunshine! Portland condos The Encore Condominiums is located east of this Park given those condos here in Portland Oregon a great view of not only the Field Parks but of the Willamette River. Portland Condos.  Here is an article of a Toronto Loft from Houzz.com.   This loft is very similar to some of our Portland condos lofts especially in the Pearl District where we have several warehouse conversions into Portland condos and lofts.

Textural secondhand finds cozy up this lofts industrial elements but keep the generous views front and center.

The Portland Development Commission approved of a pre-development loan of $350,000 for this historical site. According to the PDC project report and Portland Business Journal, Harsch’s preliminary plan for this site next to the Pearl District and along the Willamette River will include 71,000 square feet of retail space, 80,000 square feet for industry and employment uses, 36,000 square feet dedicated for the arts, 42,000 square feet for residential and 295 parking spaces. Proposed is a pedestrian bridge from the new Pearl District’s The Field Park to Centennial Mills. The Field Park is located on the north end of the Pearl District with many of our Portland, Oregon condo buildings such as the Encore Condominiums having views. Just a couple of blocks south of The Fields park we have two other Pearl District Parks, Jamison Square and Tanner Springs Park both with several Portland OR condos surrounding the park. Riverstone Condominiums, Tanner Place Condominiums and Park Place Condominiums Portland condos have views of this Jamison Square Park while Bridgeport Condominiums, Pinnacle Condominiums and Lexis on the Park Condominiums enjoy views of Tanner Springs Park. Many of our Portland condo buildings are located in this Portland Neighborhood from newer Portland condo buildings such as The Vaux Condominiums, Westerly Condominiums, Westover Condominiums and Cambridge condos to older historic Portland Oregon condo buildings such as The Embassy Condominiums and The Envoy Condos.   This Portland neighborhood sometimes referred to as Nob Hill Historic District is home to many older homes such as glorious Victorian Homes sprinkled among Portland Condominiums buildings.  Several of our older apartment buildings here in Northwest Portland have been converted to condos given historic tax status.   This Northwest Portland condo neighborhood is located west of the Pearl District and North of Downtown Portland is too very  urban but with a bit more residential feel with many trees, restaurants, Parks, coffee shops, boutiques and quite walkable.  Northwest 23^rd is a popular destination for not only Portland condo residences but a fun outing for many in Portland and those visiting our great city.  Today, May 5 was a glorious sunny day here in Portland… just another reason to purchase a condo here in Portland, Oregon. For a completed list of Portland condos for sale. A fun event where many Portland condo residences, visitors to Portland and those living in our beautiful city come out to see both upcoming and well known artist works.   Not only are there many artist displaying their art on the street the Pearl District art galleries are open, restaurants are full of activity and boutiques open their doors for this enjoyable event that happens in the Pearl District every first Thursday of the month.   Numerous streets are block off during this evening’s happening for those artists who want to sell and display their art along with musician and other street performers.  Along these streets we have a few Portland, Oregon Condo buildings such as Portland’s Chown Pella lofts and Irving Street Lofts.  Just one block over are more Portland condos including the Avenue Lofts, Edge Lofts and Marshall-Wells Lofts some of Portland’s favorite condo loft buildings.  Many of the galleries are speckled among the Pearl District some located in the street level of Portland OR Condo buildings such as McKenzie Lofts and the Elizabeth Lofts-Condos.   This First Thursday event this month on May 2 was a lovely spring evening as the weather was sunny and warm here in Portland!  Portland Condos

Views of one of Pearl District’s park, Tanner Springs a wet lands park located in Portland Oregon surrounding by many Portland condo buildings. To the south of Pearl District’s Tanner Springs Park we have the Metropolitan Condominiums with marvelous views of the park, downtown Portland, West Hills of Portland and on the east side of the Portland condo building view of Oregon’s spectacular mountains. To the east of this Pearl District park is the Lexis on the Park Condominiums, on the northeast corner The Pinnacle Condominiums and to the west Portland Oregon Condos in the Bridgeport Condominiums. Tucked behind these Portland OR condos Streetcar Lofts and the Encore Condominiums have partial views of the park. The Encore Condominiums enjoys also wonderful views of Portland’s Willamette River.
