ABOUT

Jill Pereira connects things: people, dreams, and homes. As a Real Estate Broker, she loves to guide her clients through buying or selling a condo or house. Her goal is to make it a streamlined and painless experience. One of her greatest strengths is building relationships and putting people at ease because she listens to what people want and has a natural talent for anticipating potential pitfalls or challenges and troubleshooting them before they ever happen. Jill sweats the details so her clients don’t have to.

Having been in the business since 2006, Jill is a highly effective negotiator focused on ensuring the best possible outcomes for her clients -  but she takes great care to do so without making anyone feel pressured. Her fun and easy-going nature allows her to relate to various personalities. She has deep expertise in the market and an intimate understanding of the nuances that make Portland unique. Because she doesn’t treat this as a 9-to-5 job, Jill is readily accessible to jump on opportunities as they arise and constantly seeks out new possibilities to translate what clients want into a reality for them. She thrives on delivering the highest quality service where her clients know she is committed to helping them find “the one.”

Jill is a mother of twins (which makes her an adept multi-tasker), a wine connoisseur, and loves working out to 90s rap.

Nicole moved to Portland in 2015. Struck by her sense of home, she wanted to nurture this feeling for others in her community. As a result, she's helped hundreds of buyers and sellers save time and money through client education, reliability, and care. Nicole is dedicated and passionate about what she does and takes pride in offering exceptional service and reliable communication. She understands the significance and excitement of finding a city you love and a home of your own in it. In her words: "I promise to show up for you every day, all day, even Sunday. Let's do this!"

When she's not working, you can find her exploring the varied beauty of the Pacific Northwest with her amazing family and friends! Her favorite activities are reading, cooking, and gardening with her fiance. Fun Fact: In 1845, Nicole's 6th great uncle, Francis Pettygrove, won the famous coin toss against Asa Lovejoy, giving Portland its name.
